Well, my second buyer changed his mind, too. He decided he really wants one with an enclosed patio, which mine doesn't have. So, I'm back to square one. I'm beginning to think someone upstairs is telling me to FORGET THE WHOLE THING, which I'm just about ready to do. It's mind over matter. I don't want a house instead of a condo.
