SUNDAY RIDE

I joined one of my local riding groups on the Kicks for Kids Motorcycle Ride. About 1,000 bikes, loaded down with toys, gathered at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge where we were treated to coffee, donuts, breakfast (for a nominal fee), vendors and an exhibition by the Arizona Precision Drill Team. We all mounted up at 10:00 AM and headed to an Elks Lodge where we donated our toys, ate lunch and danced to some cool Christmas music. The Phoenix Police Department and the Arizona DPS did a great job of shutting down 10.7 miles of I-17 so we could ride unhindered by automobile traffic. It was sooooooo cooooool!!!
